    When placing a mobile order, we often order the grilled cheese deluxe with bacon…we sometimes get the bacon and usually don’t get the cranberry orange ginger sauce unless we don’t add anything to the sandwich. The bacon costs more and the sauce is the reason we order it. Disappointing.

    The app always throws an error and never seem to work. It will just randomly sign me out and never work when needed. Very frustrating to have to struggle through it.

    Got a salmon avocado sandwich curbside for my daughter. Service was very good. I was a bit surprised at the price of $17, but I suppose it’s due to overall rising food prices (especially salmon). But she said the sandwich itself was just “ok” and a bit “disappointing.” It’s her favorite from SD which she’s gotten many times in the past, so I was surprised. Could have been they use avocado slices/chunks instead of guacamole? At that price, it was disappointing since I’d gotten it for her as a treat. Probably won’t order again. It was the main reason we go there. As well. Too bad.

    I had gift card to spend and this error message keeps on popping up it's been months now since this error happened u just lost a customer validating basket error…terrible app

  • Salty chicken noodle soup

    Saturday January 14 2023, I placed an order through the application and when I picked up the food and went back to the hotel we could not eat the soup. I called the dinner to get refunded for the soup they told me they couldn’t give me a refund because the money did not go into their register. I said I will bring the soup back for a refund and was told they still cannot give my money back. Josh the manager gave me a number that does not work to call to get refunded. I will look up the corporate office and call about getting my $25.97 back of the $59 I spent for the order. I had gone into their establishment this morning the same day for breakfast and spent $44.52. If I am not able to get my money back I will certainly not be returning to any of their locations again.

    *UPDATE: My rewards aren’t working in the app! I keep getting “Error Validating Basket.” Please add the ability to customize orders, like adding onions and peppers to eggs, and other small changes like asking for honey mustard AND barbecue sauces. Thanks.
