    I live in Lafayette In. And when you get on the app to order it says there is no store in Lafayette!!! You don’t even know where your stores are??? Second I can’t find a way to look at the menu!!! Guess I don’t need to look at the menu because there isn’t a store anyway! You really need to address your app problem it’s costing you business!!!

    You have to fix your face book I tried for a hour to summit my account but had do much trouble As my reward birthday is 12/09/1936 can’t sign on so ull quit it’s terrible ur restaurant is great service is great but can’t sign on Bill klase

    It’s a 50/50 shot if you get credit for using the app in the restaurant. It doesn’t work if you have split receipts. I wonder what it actually does at all!

    Simply tried to enroll for future online ordering. It refuses my email as invalid. It is not the common gmail.com but it is the proper format and I’ve had it for 12 years. This will probably cost you some business because an actually working app is convenient for a large group of lunchtime ordering. The screen won’t even open for me to see if there is a Help Bot. I’ll suggest the group go to Chili’s.

    Since you updated the app I can no longer sign into the app I can go to the website which doesn’t generate the code and the people at the restaurant aren’t smart enough to use my phone number to sign me in half the time. They want to argue about I must get a code. Fix the issue now.

    I downloaded the app and got to the restaurant the app quit working and kept making me reset my password

    Sorry for giving a bad review. I usually don’t do this but this app is so hard to use for no reason. It won’t let me sign in with my email because it says I have an invalid password when I click forgot password it says no email associated with an account. Super annoying. It’s alway done this. Why ask people to make an account if they can’t use it. And it never saves your order in your cart this whole process so I had to keep picking out my food only for the system to tell me I don’t have an account and clear my cart again. After it was all said and done I just decided to just go to Applebees and I deleted the app. Save yourself some headache and call to place your orders.

    You can’t redeem your rewards if you use the app and order online, which is completely a waste of time having the app makes no sense I just read a review from over a year ago for the same issue yet it remains please do not waste your time downloading old Charlie’s app!!!!!!

  • Cannot scroll through menu items

    It is extremely frustrating trying to scroll through menu categories. Trying to scroll up through categories usually results in scrolling sideways through each category and so it is very unintuitive to try to solve the puzzle of where to touch the screen to get the menu to scroll up and down rather than side to side. And scrolling side to side is unsatisfying as well, as it does not behave like typical swipe scrolling on a touchscreen device, and only moves if your finger is on the screen, i.e. you can’t swipe and let it scroll then use your finger to stop the scroll. Overall, horrible interface that results in a negative, frustrating off-putting app. If you want to order from O’Charley’s online you are much better off using the website on a tablet.
