    Ate at the Gibson location for years and I love the food. Dowloaded the app, ordered, and paid when I went to pick up my order, I was told they were “closed for pickup”. No apologies, no explanation. It would be great if the app would reflect the store’s current situation. The charge is pending on my account. I hope it’s rescinded.

    I ordered the same thing every time I go there. I want the number five burrito with bacon and beans, extra cheese, crispy, bacon, crispy, hashbrowns, and smothered. Every time I get it, something is missing. The sauce, or the extra cheese or it even being smothered. Today my order was missing it smothered the cheese and the beans. I have to pay extra for that stuff and it’s really annoying when you don’t get it. maybe they need to learn how to read the ticket better or maybe make the tickets make more sense because when I do look at my receipt, it does look like that all is in there it doesn’t necessarily say that it’s extra but I get charged for it

    I’m not sure what the “pick up” is on their signage because they look at you like you’re crazy if you don’t go to the drive-through, but apparently you have to sit in the drive-through for 30 to 45 minutes to pick up an order placed on the app. There’s absolutely nothing “express” about this Blake’s Express.

    I have been using this app for about a year. In the beginning there were bugs and the connect between the app and the store wasn’t solid. But now I find it pretty seamless. I live in a remote area of northern NM. When I travel and get into service, I use the app to order on the road. Saves me time and I have racked up enough points for free stuff. Keep up the good work Blske’s!

    Our food order is never right and got charged for extra items that weren’t put on our burgers or sandwiches. They forgot to give our door dasher our drinks.

    I ordered on the app and when I picked up my order was read back to me exactly what I ordered. Neither breakfast burritos was correct. I paid extra for smothered with lettuce and tomato on one and didn’t get it. I added and extra egg and sausage on the other one and it was the same size as the first one with 2 eggs and no sausage.
