  • Don’t Use This to Pay

    The app is very clunky and slow. We used it to do the mobile pay which is promoted all over the store and when we did, our card was charged but it said the check wouldn’t close. After waiting 20 minutes for the manager to think of a solution, they ran our card again and promised a refund. Ultimately we were charged twice and had to have our credit card company get involved. Would never recommend using the app to check out because the frontline staff can’t handle any problems and there is no support.

    Every time I try to login on this app, it tells me there’s an other error. And I know I have my username and password correct because I can login to my profile on the CPK website but not with the app. So fix it.

    What is the point of having an app if you have to make reservations using “google” per your employees. The rewards function of the app is great.

  • Doesn’t support Apple Pay or google pay

    Apple Pay android pay and google pay are far more secure than having to manually type in and allow apps to store your credit card information. Why don’t you support those payment methods!?

    Will load momentarily and go black while reviewing the menu or it freezes with the pizza loading icon.

    I have been very patient each time I try using it. No matter how many times I edit then update my information it just goes back to San Jose. California address. Never lived in SanJose. And just as most families there is that one person that seems to know everything about using an iPhone. And of course after he tries to show me what I am doing wrong it doesn’t as well. So in general it is very poorly maintained.

    I would like to see the servers and become familiar with them—I don’t know if you are offering a good work zone for the employees because I have been seeing different servers every time a visit CPK. I love this app. And enjoy your all the food!
