    Curbside service is nonexistent at the Coit and Campbell location. Followed instructions per website with online order and from employee at to go order drive. Waited by pickup window for about 10 min and finally went in. Still had to wait another 10 minute after flagging down an employee inside. Will go back to the Murphy/Wylie location.

    Love this place. But your app needs work. I’ve had issues logging in and I’ve lost credit that was on my account. Thankfully the local store made everything good, but your app needs work, it consistently doesn’t perform. That frustrating.

    I’ve been eating at HB for roughly 5 years. It’s always been amazing but the last 3 times I’ve gotten it the portions were so small and that was on the plate with added meat. My box weighed like maybe about 1/3 of a pound and I had double meat and double macaroni salad which is heavy so it should’ve weighed at least a pound if not more. I just places an online order and if it’s not up to par then HB will no longer be in my top 3. I’ve spent a lot of money there over the last 5 years and I feel like probably half of the time I left feeling disappointed. We’ll see how this order is. And this is the Barry Rd. Local.

    If you’re staff won’t deliver curbside, don’t give the option and I’ll adjust my expectations and tip accordingly

    I placed an order through the app - it’s been over an hour and I STILL do not have my food nor is there anywhere to contact Support for more information. That’s not good. I have no idea if I’ll ever get it!

    I recently attempted to use the “order this again” feature only to notice when I picked my food up, the feature does not carry over the order modifications. So be sure to review to be sure you’re getting what you want!!

    I placed an online order for pickup in the app , waited longer than it said and then they finally brought it out 12 minutes later than the scheduled time and I was the only car in the parking lot, then I get it home and they got the order wrong, I asked for no Mac and double rice with my Huli plate and they gave me double Mac 😡
