    The app allows user to enter up to 100 characters for special instructions. It seems the store only got 20 or so. They had to call me. Send all of my special instructions from the app to the store please.

    My suggestion is to add a unique code to the bottom of every receipt so that the customer is the one responsible for inputting their codes into this app. Having the waiter do this every time could prove to be too much of a hassle. What about the bar on Saturday nights? The bartenders don't have time to keep putting these codes into the system & the customer has to keep taking their phone out to show the codes. Have the customers save their receipts and record all their codes into the app the next day, leaving them the ones in charge of their points.
