    The food is great!!! I’m continually worried about eating food out of plastic, I’ve already been looking at other food delivery services because of that reason, that reason only! even if I don’t heat it in plastic in the microwave, when they cook it I’m sure it goes directly into the plastic containers and the heat makes the plastic seep in the food, which is very bad for our health!!! there is carton type packages they could use, like Amy’s organic meals you can buy in store comes in a thin paper carton container, I eat sometimes because they are good. I would be so happy and grateful if they would switch this one thing!!!

    The clean eatz rewards system used to be great when you were able to see your balance and redeem in-store. Now they won’t allow you to redeem in-store and force you to use an app that doesn’t recognize your website credentials. Truly a joke. It has been this way for at least 6 months. Fix the app ASAP or go back to the method that actually worked and provided a good customer experience.

    The app is easy to use. Not a massive fan of when I order meals that it goes to a website anyway but it is such a small thing that I am not going to deduct for that. Food is good and easy to follow calories etc. I don’t order every week but about 2 times a month. When I do the food is good, ready for pickup and I always buy a smoothie when I go to my local store.

    I love clean eatz for the variety of food options. When you walk in, the freezers are organized by sections. There’s basic, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and extra protein to choose from

    I don’t understand the point of having an app if it just opens my browser to the webpage. I can do that myself. I thought the app would be more convenient than the website on safari.

    The food is fantastic. Some things I wasn’t sure if I was going to like were so good that I went and tried the things that I knew I didn’t like. I still don’t like those things, but that’s not on them!!! If you are struggling with portion control or eating high quality, nutrient dense meals…give this a shot! You won’t be disappointed!

    1.)I downloaded the app to use my meal plan points and it doesn’t recognize my email and the all the points I have accumulated with my laptop sign in. 2.) when I go to order my upcoming weeks meals it sends me to the website where I have to log in again. This app does nothing. An app is supposed to eliminate the need to go to a website, right?! “Hey we have an app. It’s redundant and doesn’t really do anything but we got one, hooray us!”
