  • Rewards disappear and don’t work

    Their “rewards” program never shows how many free items you actually can redeem them for. They “points” expire periodically in a way that seems intentionally unclear so people won’t be able to use them in time. If you get an email with supposedly free cupcakes for your birthday, good luck actually redeeming those, especially with snippy unhelpful store employees.

  • Worst app on my phone

    This is easily the worst app I’ve ever had on my phone. Everything is counterintuitive, takes maybe 10+ clicks just to order and pay for a cupcake. Latest update now won’t let me login with faceid or my normal username and password. Embarrassing image for a company of this caliber

  • Unreliable- Login creation issues and not properly federated

    Not well maintained. Reset password- app says no user exists. Create a new login and it won’t because despite choosing a store and birthday, the selections don’t “stick”. This is a UX fail with poor quality review.

    Constantly have to reset my password or just log in via the website because the app keeps saying my log in is in correct or no user is found but my account exists when I login via a webpage. Such a headache. Terrible app.

  • This app is awful

    I've used a lot of poorly designed apps before but this one takes the (cup)cake. Nothing is intuitive, it logs you out constantly, and heaven forbid you have a reward to use because it won't let you. It does have no problem treatment payment methods/card info though. Which goes to show where the priority is. This app has been cr_p for years and nothing is done to improve it.

    It’s a sad app. Every time you use it you have to sign in. It’s not very intuitive. It’s hard to figure out how to change the date. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!

    The app just stopped working, I can’t log in or reset my password. I’m super bummed about it because it worked perfect before.
