    Please revert to the old version of the app. New version of the app is buggy and has a poor user interface

    (Update) The problem has been fixed, rewards are redeemable now. (Old)The old version of the app automatically applied rewards. This new version lets you select a reward but then it’s no where to be found when you want to redeem it.

    While I really like THB themselves, I hate the new app. Rewards are no longer streamline, the ordering process is cumbersome, and unless you know what you past orders were you can’t easily order from past orders The old app was better

    1. No way to change payment (change credit card!!) 2. Also no way to contact anyone for help from the App. It is better than the old app but not really fully functional as a modern app

    They advertise the new app has a new reward program. The new program basically lets you accumulate points and that’s it. Must save them a ton compared to the old program. The rewards have me a reason to purchase from them. Not anymore

    Loveeeee THB. Updating the app logged me out and the password reset doesn’t work. So I guess no more order ahead for me.

    Service and products are great. this new web site is clumsy and burdensome I order nearly every day , sometimes twice a day , for 20 years This new ordering system is a pain

    The best bagels in Bmore and surrounding areas. They will not disappoint. The app is awesomely convenient and easy to use

  • Orders are consistently wrong, app does not track loyalty points correctly and orders are late

    I want to support local business, but the THB app is horrible. It never seems to credit orders when using it. When picking up orders 9 out of 10 times I have to go back because something was forgotten. When provided a time it is always 10-20 minutes wrong! The only reason I ever go to THB is because my daughter and wife like it.
