  • In general, it works, but it could use some improvement

    I live close by so I like to place my order and walk over to eat there. Unfortunately there’s no option to have it served to eat there. Another change I would like to see is when I go there and I sit down outside there’s a barcode to let the server know where I’ve sat. This should be available for the app as well. And last, can we get a text when our order is ready? Sometimes I’m a hot mess and I don’t want to go in there and wait where everyone can see me. I’d rather wait in the parking lot. I recommend the app if you don’t wanna talk to a cashier.

    I got the app so I could order and pay in advance and just go in and pick up my order when they told me it will be ready. Fat chance. Even in off hours like 2:30 in the afternoon they run 20 minutes to a half hour after the time the app says to pick it up. One more reason to not come back.

    Wow, this app feels like a throwback to 2010. Truly a relic of the past. I think I would order Mendo more often if the app caught up with current technology.

    This app adds the tip for you and the amount. It should ask you if you would like to add a Tip, not automatically add it for you, that should be illegal.

    I love Mendocino farms. They always have super healthy options for great prices. My favorite is the prosciutto and chicken sandwich!

    1. No Apple Pay/ Venmo/ PayPal payment options 2. Beware tip by default, if you do not pay attention when you submit, you’ll pay several bucks for no service via online app! Very sketchy!

    While Mendocino Farms has excellent food, this App in no way reflects that. Avoid this App. There is no benefit using this App. Orders do not get placed. Errors are frequent. And most importantly, DO NOT put any funds into this App for Scan to Pay or Online Orders. It has been our experience that the funds never can get applied to purchases either in store on online. We put $50.00 into the app 3 months ago and have not had any success using the funds. We made multiple requests to Mendocino Farms to refund the money. We were notified twice that the funds would be refunded within 5 business days. At the time of this review, the last promise was nearly 3 weeks ago and now they a have not responded to two more requests.
