    Please get a ux designer for this app…. Multi step sign up???…. Character count doesn’t display??? I thought the Home Screen had two CTAs that you tap on but I was wrong…..No error messages anywhere until you hit submit…. I actually paid more to have DD deliver to me than use this app….

    I like the food. The app is terrible as it only has 1/3 of the menu and they don’t usually make the order right off of app orders. Not user friendly at att. Please add the full menu to the app!

  • App No Longer Allows Accurate Customization

    Food is great but the app was updated a few months back and customization of protein bowls is no longer accurate. Each protein bowl includes several core ingredients that can be removed/modified. The app doesn’t tell you these ingredients are included, nor does it let you remove them. This used to be possible in the app, but this functionality was removed. Please fix this oversight.

  • Missing items in delivery

    This is my favorite place to order from when I’m busy and need delivery. The food is amazing. However, my order only comes complete half the time. The last two orders were missing half my delivery. They are good about refunding the missing items. However, I just paid delivery fees, tip, and service fees for a full meal and only received a salad. When I ask for the rest of my order I have been told to place another order, meaning I can pay delivery fees twice to get my meal. I have tried two different locations and both have had issues with delivery. If you want people to use your app to order, the delivery should come complete for all the added fees we are paying.
