    for a multi million dollar corporation, it is surprising how unthoughtful and poorly built. The ordering app is as well as the online ordering experience on the website… Perhaps the CEO of the company should spend 15 minutes of his morning, trying to sign up just to place one order only to have to follow a bunch of confusing prompts that lead you back to a start screen. if you’re going to outsource your app development, perhaps you should have your own employees and use the product before you deploy it. Additionally, a customer should not have to opt into your useless marketing emails. In order to use the app. In this age, it is perfectly reasonable to opt in to order related emails versus marketing junk. #fail

  • Too Many Errors

    I keep having error codes coming up when I try to order through the app and online. It kept saying bad error or something. I tried pickup as well as delivery and this is not the first tike I kept getting that error. Then it would tell me the address is invalid which makes no sense

    I absolutely recommend this to anyone who hasn’t tried it. The acai bowls are amazing. I custom order mine without any issues. I have been to other locations but the Rockville Centre Sobol is the Best by far!!!!

    My homies at SolBowl in Port Jeff never fail to make me the tastiest meals. I am never ever dissatisfied and their waffles are fire too. But I’m obsessed with the bowls - unbeatable! Sorry, competition babies 😘

    I placed an order for delivery. I gave them a tip included. They charged for three things and only gave me two. They never deigned to tell me that they were not going to send it to me or give me my money back. What a disappointment.

    My very first visit to SoBol, I’m asked do I have the app…I responded no. I asked the cashier, if I purchase something now, can I update the app after my purchase to recognize my rewards…I’m told yes! I downloaded the app after I left the store, and I looked on the app and couldn’t find anywhere I could record my recent purchase. Came here for app support, and you’re taken back to the app and you have to email. That’s a runaround, assist users here!
