    I only received half of my presidente dinner and when I called a recording told me they were to busy to actually talk to me. I live 7 miles from restaurant so not going to drive back to get order corrected. Would make it a 28 mile journey with all of the back and forth driving

    I ordered my food through the app. No problem as usual. The one time I didn’t check, it was missing something. I ordered the strawberry Cadillac Rita to go. I paid an extra dollar for it. The Cadillac Rita was in the bag, but it wasn’t strawberry. Can I get my dollar back?

    Using this app has proven easy. I’ve used it to find other locations as well as menu options. The Reward section is easy to use and track.

    Good food and great waitstaff. Wish they had a restaurant nearer to where I live. I’m willing to drive 40 minutes one way to eat here. Reasonable prices for quality food.

    I Love Gringos…most of the time BUT today I had to throw most of it in the trash and that upset me for the price I pay. I ordered Chicken Taquitos. It came out to the car super fast. So I thought they had to be pre cooked, they were. Even the quest was cold. They taquitos were cold and in the first one I ate was a had gristle. The second one had a nasty slimy skin/cartilage piece. The third one had another big piece of chewy gristle. That was it!!! I was already gagging. What happened to quality. Sooo Disappointed.

    Ignored at Curbside, food was cold by the time I received it and it wasn’t correct. Extra items and requests were not made. Very disappointing meal.

    I very seldom order through the app but this time could not get thru the phone line. We ordered the pollo marisco (great dish) and always substitute the cucumber relish for pico de gallo, not capable of doing that in the app OR I didn’t see an option. So ordered as is, no options to add that as an extra item. Paid via credit card thru app and when I went to pick up asked for pico and was charged $1.40. For future orders I would suggest adding to app ordering. I’m sure credit card fees aren’t worth a $1.40 charge. Thank you…LB
