    I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich when I got back to work opened up sandwich theres was No meat! Called into store they said they would refund me and never did, no way to request refund via app either

    I've used this app twice and have been really frustrated. You have to click way too many times to sync up your account and order. Both times I ended up on their website instead to do my mobile order, and did not earn any points.

    First, I love Togo’s. Hands down the best simple sandwich shop with the best bread. Second, the staff is always very kind and friendly, Tnak you. Third, the app is intuitive and clear. It makes ordering last minute a breeze. The only issue I have with the app is the payment options; Apple Pay would be a great addition. I’m just saying :)

    Really like the ordering on the app and I’m glad my local store has added the ability. But I always get easy onions and honey mustard on my sandwiches, and there’s no option for that. Put honey mustard is one of the customizable options and I can give this a five!

    I came in today 1/26/24 after I ordered my meal on the mobile app. I specifically asked for a Farmers Salad NO ROMAINE LETTUCE, no pepperchinis, add avocado & extra side of dressing. I ordered the pastrami cheesesteak with bacon & EXTRA SAUCE. Went to pick it up at the Santa Cruz location off of Almar & mission. Workers were not friendly, did not even greet their customer. When I came out of the restroom no one was behind the counter & my food was sitting in a bag on the counter. I look up & see the female workers staring at me through the closed doors that separate the counter from the back. I left with food in hand & im disappointed. Salad had romaine lettuce, no cucumbers (as salad comes with cucumbers) & no extra dressing. Move onto the sandwich… no extra sauce & no bacon (as I paid extra for bacon). Cannot even enjoy a meal that I paid for/looking forward to eat because it was not what I asked NOR paid for. Please if people are paying for your food at least have the decency of getting their order accurate, along with friendly staff members. Truly disappointing experience along with disappointing food.
