    Got 2 baskets of snackers, and one order of Fries literally 10 fries that’s it..for a 20 dollar order with 2 of the simplest things. what is that. Do better.

    Picked up a take out order from Brighton Olga’s on 12/12/23. Salad and bread. After eating the salad 20 minutes later was in the bathroom with horrible stomach ache and crapping the guts out! Not sure if it was the lettuce, feta, or the dressing. Very disappointed! Not to mention it was supposed to have apples on the salad and I received 1 little piece of apple. We usually order from this Olga’s and have not been overly impressed lately. Which is to bad.

    The in app rewards don’t work. I should have a free Olga but every time I redeem it I get scammed and it says I don’t have any rewards. All my points are spent though.

    Ordered cheese with snackers ( paid extra ) did not get. Had soup a had need a spoon ( did not get).

    I have visited this restaurant located in Allen Park MI numerous times over the years with this being my 1st time using curbside delivery. After my order said completed in the app I pressed I am here as instructed 5 minutes go by then 10 then 15 then 20 so I go into my confirmation email and press I am here from there after 10 minutes I call the restaurant,they put me on hold and then someone hangs up on me after 7 minutes! I was livid so I called back and they didn’t even apologize all she said was I just clocked in I don’t know why your order wasn’t brought out to you. Once she got to my vehicle I asked is my food cold she said no. No remorse,no apologies no nothing and guess what my food was cold! I won’t be back! This location has lost a 15 year plus customer!

    Watch out for the automatic tip they will add even tho it’s not curbside, it’s pick up. Food s great tho. That part of the app is trash

    I placed a curbside order. Let them know I was there and waited for almost 25 minutes. I tried calling the store to get a refund and they said they’re no longer taking orders and hung up on me. I left a message and still no response and filled out some thing on the website. This has been the biggest waste of time and the worst customer service I’ve ever had from you guys.

    I make weekly trips to Saginaw to visit with my daughter and grandchildren. On the way home, I will stop off the expressway and put in my order for Grab-N-Go or Curbside Pickup. Well, this time I forgot to touch the “Place Your Order” button until I got to the restaurant and was in the Curbside Pickup spot. Nevertheless, my food was brought out to me in less than 10 minutes! Amazingly good service!
