    The App is TRASH and should you not correct it to be more user friendly and work efficiently, then the Microsoft legacy will reflect mediocrity!

    I prefer the MSN website, but I cannot read it on a mobile device because they won’t show the article unless you read it from the app. However, if I go to the app, it’s difficult to find the same article. Additionally, when I open the app, it often forces me to update. Why can’t I read the news on the man site ? I don’t want to be forced to use an additional app simply because I’m on a mobile device. Unfortunately, this means I’ll be switching my News website to another site for my daily news.

    I never loved being forced to download this rather than just using the webpage (which I think I’ve been using for close to 15 years). But as it gets revisions, it begins to fail. I’m clicking on a web link to read a story on the app and instead, it’s taking me to the app page with the only option to “open app”. Once I do, the article isn’t anywhere to be found. When it was just the website, I clicked, then I read. It’s harder now and works worse. If it ain’t broke, break it.

    This app is terrible. When you are on the msn website and click the “continue reading on the app” button, does it take you to the article you want to read? NO OF COURSE NOT. Just the generic MSN home page and then you have to go back to the internet, find the title and paste it into the app. Additionally, every time, and I do mean EVERY SINGLE TIME, that I have clicked on the “continue reading on the app” button, the app needs to UPDATE!!! It isn’t user friendly either. Strongly recommend using something else. Or maybe the programmers could redo the whole thing? Heck, what is one more update anyway??? If I could give this negative stars I totally would 😤

    This app is unstable and not worth downloading. Since MSN requires the app to read most articles on Bing. I suggest you dump Bing

    Every time you read an MSN article outside of the App you are prompted to visit the site, you are then redirected to the App Store for an “update” which once completed you are taken to MSN at which point your article is gone. Seems like a pretty basic piece of technology..

    I like going to msn.com to look news, about half of the time it directs me to the app to finish reading the story. After about 3 weeks the app does not connect to the story so I have to delete and reinstall it to work.
