The thing that I love about MTD is that it is simple to use AND I can add attachments! I paid over $50 dollars for a competitor’s To Do software, but I don’t use it because I need to store files and pictures with my entries. MTD is free, stable, and has the features that I need.

They don't sync. I've tried logging in with the account used on my phone and they don't sync. Just have had a bare To Do app for a long time.

    1) I'd like options for printing that uses less paper. I dont want to take 6 pages shopping when the list could all fit on one page if single spaced lines and the option for smaller print in the print option window was offered. 2) I can't search within a list on the mobile app. I must search all lists to find a past item.

I love it. Have been using it since before Microsoft acquired it. Has gotten even better. But there are problems now with slow syncing. Sometimes have to shut it down and reopen it on my Mac to get it up to date with my phone.

For me, and the way my brain works, this app is just inconsistent. Why do we need the app, if it’s already part of Outlook? Because there are details you can add here that you can’t add in Outlook desk top, unless you’re using the web version, which won’t sync connected files with mobile app of Outlook but will sync with mobil apps of ToDo. The entire MS suite is just inconsistent between web, desktop and mobile. If my work didn’t make me use it, I would choose something else.

This app have a life on itself; i can be on a task or subtask and without even moving my cursor, the app takes make out of that specific task. I always have to open and close it multiple times in order to show all the sub-tasks that are in the tasks. When looking for a completed task, it takes a long time "thinking" in order to find it. And why it doesnt confirm it when a task is mark as done? sometimes i mark some tasks done by mistake.
