    I remember having this app probably about a year and a half ago and it was not a staple as it is now everything works perfectly now with any errors. I absolutely love it.

    I changed my phone, and tried to reconnect my new phone to my computer, but never succeeded again. I tried all the methods recommended by Microsoft, still couldn’t link them together. Very frustrated!

  • Setup Was Difficult But It Worked

    When setting it up, the app needs Bluetooth permission, and it did not ask for it automatically so setup failed several times. I had to go to app settings and manually allow on Bluetooth access for this app. Then it worked. That’s a surprising oversight for an app written by Microsoft.

    As mentioned in another review, app is good WHEN IT CONNECTS and works. Else it’s a pain in the butt. Seems like it just randomly won’t connect. Also the phone call interaction is not intuitive to me at least.

    I have had to reinstall or repair this almost every time I’ve tried to use it. It is frustrating and if I didn’t have to use it, I would not.

    As a busy professional, it is great to reference my phone’s services while I am immersed in PC tasks without having to reach for my phone, not even to check the battery level, as this app reports that too!
