App is oddly incompatible with iPad
The Disney WORLD app fills my iPad screen…but the DisneyLAND app seems to be stuck to an iPhone’s aspect ratio, so when I try to look at it on my iPad, it won’t fill the screen. Any way to FIX this…? I just want to be able to see more of the map at once!
Issues with mobile ordering
With both the Disneyland app and Disneyworld app I’ve had issues with mobile checkout and even have been locked out of my account. It’s extremely frustrating when you’re in a bind. When it does work this app is a time saver for checkout and food but if it’s not working it’s basically useless. Also it has a problem with one of my cards on file, which I’m not sure if that’s an app problem or a card problem. I’ve already contacted my card, however. So in the mean time I hope these issues can be fixed.
Help upgrading tickets
Margot was such a pleasure to work with. She helped get our vacation back on track and calm down my sister who thought the world had ended. The visit is for her 50th birthday. ❤️See you in the parks the first week of April. 😊 Thank you

Not working as expected
Poor app, no live map, lack of relevant filters
I travel to many amusement parks, latest was Universal studios that is very powerful. However, I was surprised to see how shabby the Disneyland app is. I think the product manager of the app has never been to Disney and so can’t see the pain points. The map is just a static paper map digitized. It does not show your location and so is useless in seeking directions. For the first time to Disneyland, I spent a lot of time figuring that out, ultimately used help and paper map.
Filters are there but not very relevant as no age appropriate ride details (detailed desc, real, virtual, health conditions, height Restrictions) are not present. I had to YouTube or Google it before making decisions.

Sadly I can not enjoy this app because there is no way to link family accounts. Thus, only one member of our family can enjoy the Disneyland app. I still love all things Disney and will thoroughly enjoy my visit but it is sad.
App not responding
It keeps on saying no internet or low connectivity when there is 5 bars
It’s frozen and can’t renew our Magic Keys.
