I used to really love shopping on the Disney store apps/website but it’s become more of a pain to use than it should be. The stock of products on this app is dismal and the few good quality items they list sell out almost immediately. For example they always put pins out every Tuesday at 11 am and for the past month the pins sell out within seconds. And then there’s never a restock. What human can order something that quickly when you are forced to type in your password a second time to purchase the product. They need to do something to combat the resellers. Also this app always shuts off anything I’m listening to every time I open the app and it’s always extremely slow. Please fix all the issues with this app and increase the amount of stock for each product. Also I wish we had access to international product merch as well.

I used this app in 2021 and bought a shirt it’s took 3 weeks to get here it was worth it

First, there is a lot of stuff to buy for all ages even know it stops your music when you’re on the app but that is what most apps do so I’m fine with it I give the store a 9 out of 10 in my opinion.

Disney, your products are expensive! Please do a much better job with packing materials in the box!!! So many items are loose and broken because there is hardly any paper material or bubble wrap to protect the items!!

Why does a shopping app override the music on my phone? Disney is notorious for terrible websites and apps but that feature is ridiculous.
