  • Great app

I love watching ESPN and I get alerts whenever something happens on my favorite teams.
  • Very greedy company.

I can’t believe that I actually paid money for a subscription for this. How can there be commercials in a product that charges me to use? Ad revenue and subscription money. That is the definition of greed. Also, cable subscription needed to watch ESPN live. I don’t know if it is the licenses for this but it is not worth it. A few entertaining interviews on app. These same interviews can be seen on YouTube by just having to watch a few ads. Which I still end up doing on this app. World leader in sports looks like they have lack of integrity to the viewers. Money over quality viewing.

Why do I have to watch a 15 second ad every time I want to watch a 15 second video?
  • Audio Lag, a Feature, not a Bug

    By Nyche21
Awesome deal with Disney subscription but of the three apps, this is the only stream that lags consistently. Whether there’s a buffer problem or massive and even more prevalent audio lag, it ruins viewing experience. Neither the Hulu nor D+ video has issues. Pausing does not fix lag problem. It’s some terrible choice by the programmers that doesn’t allow it to be addressed in any easy way. Audio lag is a feature of this app.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I LOVE sports and the ESPN channel! I like learning about the sports world and nowadays sports! But I’m always having all kinds of trouble with this app!!!! ESPN, YOU HAVE TO FIX THIS APP! The articles will never load and the search engine is the crappiest thing ever! When I try to look things up it will never pull up what I like, even if it’s the title of the video and/or article! I had to delete this app because of this problem. If you fix it, I might redownload it. Also, one more problem is that there’s so many notifications, but that’s part of sports.
  • Trash app

    By Bobyouruncklecheese
I haven’t been able to cast to my tv thru google chrome, when I watch directly on my device it freezes constantly and very poorly organized. Seems to be an issue w Disney’s apps as I have the same problems w Disney+. Never had issues w hbo, Hulu or Netflix...
  • Disappointing

    By Tanker Yanker N2O
This app has constant adds before any video you click on. Obviously they have to make money so I get it but they always lock up and the video rarely even plays. Half the time I just lose patience and turn it off. Very very annoying. This app needs a lot of work. Pretty sad for espn really.
  • Iove it

It’s a little bit slow but it’s fun
  • 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This app has so many problems. Highly let down. The links from notifications are broken a lot of times. The app doesn’t load sometimes. I have great service, great phone and great WiFi. Until this app is fixed Bleacher Report will clearly be #1 for a long time.
  • Alerts not opening in app

    By Ryan24Stewart
Fix this problem, it’s been like 3 years of this and it’s the only major issue with the app. If an alert is sent the app should be able to open directly to the alert.
