    I’ve logged over 500 visits to Disney and every single time i spend hours trying to figure out what unnecessary complicated changes you’ve made. It’s not stop fixing it.

    I can never see the wait times. Entertainment times. Dining options. Filter by parks. It had just stopped showing up. Sometimes it works for a few minutes. The. It stops. Asking for help is useless.

    Had a good time but waiting 1.5 hours for a 10 minute ride is not fun. Paying an extra $259 for lightening pass per person wasn’t in our budget. Rode 4 rides all day. It’s been several years since we have been at Disney and honestly had sticker shock paying $240 for Lunch at Tiffins restaurant. I budgeted $150 per meal but blew that right away. It was raining so I bought ponchos for $12 each. Two dollars at walmart. Better planning to bring rain gear, bottled water, and snacks would have been helpful. The mobile app, Didn't always update. The paper map/guide was a life savor. Good luck and double your budget
