I am not totally computer savvy but I cannot update.

You keep running stories about the devastation but you are MISSING the WHY! Why haven’t you investigated this and determined a reason for this devastation. It’s been a week. To be sure you know the reason. It seems you are not doing your job. Report the news. Report the lack of water in fire hydrants. Why are you not all over this? Why are you not investigating? You have a responsibility and you are failing. You should be ashamed.

Not everyone updates to the latest model of phone. The old app and iOS version works great on my phone. They still do. But before I can view your ABC app (every day), Your app requires I launch apple store , hit open , which doesn’t update but removes the ABC pop-up notice that says I must update. Please fix so I can just click off the ABC update notice without going to an impossible update. What a waste of time!

Open the app and a video opens automatically. Close the app but the video keeps playing on your desktop. Incredibly annoying! And so I deleted the app and will get my news elsewhere.

I would expect no less from the rat. This is a Disney app. Do I REALLY need to explain why this app should be avoided? Okay. This app not only has poor performance, it also has a news team full of bozos that are the best example of why to choose your local news source wisely. These folks seem to always have multiple stories posted that are wildly inaccurate, such as continuing to say my town has had a murder when in fact we have not and they have been told we have not by the town manager and the police chief, yet they continue to say we have and they refuse to update their reports and have released other news stories that mention my town as the location of the murder when we are in fact 20 miles east of the location given. Find a better source for Triangle area news

The app hasn’t opened up in over 4 days. I can get the notifications but when I try and open it. It’s just a blue screen

Can’t watch anything without the screen turning off after the video loads

There needs to be an easy way to turn the close captioning off. I’m tech smart and still can’t find the option to turn it off.

I’m going to stop visiting this app- why did you make such bad changes? It used to be so easy to navigate. The weather section is so messed up. Just had a rainstorm but your radar shows all clear.

You can not customize news selection. So you will receive bunch of unwanted news every hour.
