Application is clear, not super easy to use but it’s okay when you understand the interface. I want to suggest an improvement, could you use the live activities then we can see the status of the arrival and the drive
  • Unable to book rides

It’s impossible to book rides from 6-7pm. The drivers will let you wait for 10-15 min before cancelling your ride. Some will just sit in the charging station indefinitely without coming to pick you up. They will purposely wait until the 7pm mark so you won’t be able to book anymore car rides. It’s really annoying when they do that and it wastes a lot of time.

It would have been much better if dropped at the doorstep just like Uber and Lyft

Since the week of February 14, A lot of handicap riders have been canceled on. On February 14 I was canceled eight times by a driver name Khushi. since then, this driver has canceled on me more than 25 times. silicon Valley Hopper is no longer a reliable alternative to driving. I have written him playing shown evidence of the lack of service to handicap people since this first occurred. To no avail nothing gets done. There are a few drivers such as hernan, , and Ashley, who would always pick me up. Now I count myself lucky if I get picked up at all. picked up at all. Oh I’m sorry ha ha ha ha.
  • Removed arrival time

We used to get an arrival time for pickup. Now we only see the destination time. This makes ordering a guessing game. For example, it’s 9:15 am and my train arrives at the station at 9:30. I open the app and order a ride. I book the ride only to see that the pickup is in 3 minutes. So I have to cancel the ride, wait another 13 minutes then book again. The new booking now shows pickup in 20 minutes. A big waste of time. Please show when the driver is expected at pickup. Thanks.
  • Unreliable service

While I like the concept, the service is too unreliable to be useful. Wait times fluctuate, drivers randomly cancel your ride after you’ve waited 10-15 minutes and sometimes wait less than a minute before marking you as no-show.
