The game is fun, but I feel like a player should not have to do tiny pieces of each story before they can move on. A player should be able to focus on the story they want to play. For example, I wanted to play the first SOLDIER chapter one, but before I can I have to do part of the other two. I will give it a generous rating though for having Sephiroth’s backstory and making him playable.
  • The game is made for Aerith

If I knew, I would not spend the money on this boring game. Don’t shovel her down my throat. You only need to play as her and no one else because they gave her everything.

This game is super fun and very clean gameplay. It reminds me of how the games use to be 😏

Game crashes so much that it gets frustrating really quickly especially in some dungeons multiple times in a short period
  • Junk

There’s very little heart in this. It’s all gross micro transactions, with 30 different currencies to manage, time limits, energy resources, etc. Another soulless cash grab by what used to be a pretty good franchise.
  • Gacha in my FF7?

Here’s 2 lines of dialogue with zero substance now go grind leveling materials so you can get the next 2 lines of dialogue also with zero substance you absolute plebeian.
  • Optional pay to play. Great game.

I love how many bonuses are given without IAP. I’ve been playing since the game was relatively new and still enjoy the cheap thrill of gatcha. Also the backstory (whether or not it’s canon) has been consistent updating and lots of fun to follow. Good job squeenix 🫶

    Great for long time fans
  • Way Too Much Content All At Once

As disappointing as it is to say, this game has become overwhelming and I am burnt out by the current pace of content. I'm a day one player who has purchased gems from the shop on a few occasions and has thoroughly enjoyed playing up until the one year anniversary. The back to back overlapping events have become nearly impossible for me to keep up with, at one point having as many as 6 separate limited time events available to play at once on top of new story additions, new characters, and back to back to back limited time banners. I still have yet to play the newest story chapter because of having to spend my time keeping up with events, and after this most recent app update the stamp card for completing the chapter is gone. As much as I have enjoyed playing this game, I simply don't have the time to complete all of the content that the game is pushing and would rather uninstall than leave these events incomplete before they end. Please consider slowing down before even more of your player base gets burnt out the way that I have.
