    I received purchased this beautiful gold power bank and magnetic charging pad due to my other one (different brand) suddenly died. And I haven’t had any issues. Charges my devices fast and also it recharges really fast so there’s no gap between. Highly recommend if you’re having charge issues with phone, laptop, etc

    I was able to update the firmware on my solix 3800 units but the expansion batteries are unable to get the firmware update that they need.

    Well I was in the middle or actually about finished with my review when the app crashed on me losing my entire review. Having SAME issues as before when she told me to return it because it was defective. “OV” comes up whento much current go to the device as a safety mechanism. However it was showing up all the time so had to exchange it. Now it is having SAME ISSUE. Returning this overpriced garbage tomorroww. Too many fails to keep this. It doesnt even have a way to display the standard time. Who’s running things there who thought “yep their going to love everytime they want to know the time theyll have to break out the Ol calculator and protractor and do some serious calculatiuons. They still cant figure out themselves what they did or how to fix, Only that they dont know themselves. Oh well, its moot now…..returning it tomorrow There’s a reason you wont find anyone using military time except,..well,….the military!

    (Using with a Solix C1000x) I appreciate that I can see usage separated by each USB port, the DC port and the AC ports. Coming from an older Goal Zero, that’s already a big upgrade but wish the app could do more. 1. Usage and charge History. 2. iOS Widgets. It’d be cool to use widgets to monitor while using iOS Standby mode or adding the widget to my Mac’s desktop. 3. Automation/scheduling would be useful for control charging based on utility peak hours, or solar input. Wouldn’t mind Apple Shortcuts support too.

    It works good and would be a five star for me if the real time logging worked over Bluetooth vs WiFi and if it allowed you to register your product warranty.

    Using it for the 250W Prime charger, nice app, simple to use, very intuitive, I guess I’ve found my charging ecosystem. I have a bunch of other Anker chargers, but this is the first smart one. Next up, Solar backups!
