    But there is no way to wash the piece around the square that monitors the baby. My only complaint it’s so dirty, I can’t wash without wetting it.

    I love the comfort of mind it gives me since my daughter had a BRUE but the here lately and we’ve only had the eufy a few mths it seems like the readings are all over the place and not quite accurate more times than not & when the alarm goes off on the app/base it doesn’t say what the issue is so… wish the app would alert you as to why instead of having to search and then still sometimes I never know why the alarm is screaming at me check your baby??? The app and eufy need to update some better features for us parents to see immediately what is going on isn’t that the intent of the product

    The app is good. But to make it way better and stand apart from all other pumps, can you make a power pump setting? Also, can you have it talk to the watch to show how much time is left for pumping?

  • 24/7 record playback doesn’t work

    The newer eufy baby cameras record 24/7 but they can’t play back— the app is insanely buggy even on a perfect WiFi network.

    This product was bought after initially wanting to buy its more expensive counterpart. I’m glad I bought this instead because they do the same thing for half the price . This product literally saved me peace of mind when we transitioned our baby into sleeping on her own in her crib. It’s alerted us in situations where her heart rate spiked or dropped which I believe contributed to saving her life. It recently was the reason we became aware that our daughter was falling ill right before she spiked a big fever. My only complaint is that every now and then it does have its glitches, and cleaning the main part can be tedious as not to get the device fully wet. However, this has been a great product

    app does not properly close even when you switch to another app and turn off the screen. you can still hear the sound from the app with everything closed and will continue to drain phone or ipad battery.

    I absolutely LOVE this. My husband bought this for me when my 6month old had a horrible case of RSV, bronchiolitis and inflammation in his lung.. To say the least the EUFY baby sock put me at ease as I was able to check his levels in heart rate at anytime. THANK YOU EUFY BABY!
