    I like my device but can you make this app show my battery life for the device as soon as I open the app? I always have a hard time finding the battery life.

    First off the app cant even recognize when my earphones are in. Horrible connection on the SoundCore Liberty 4 NCs, third pair where they are skipping for 30+ mins before they finally start to work. Had 2 SoundCore Liberty Air 2s break before this. Strongly suspect this company uses bots to sell their products as everywhere I saw said they fixed the extremely sensitive buttons, and they haven’t. Do not recommend any product. Strongly.

  • Tap selection fails

    I'm rating 5 stars because I really like the app and the earbuds I have. But wouldn't it be nice if I could go into tap settings, select an action for a tap or set of 2 or 3 taps, and then go back to the app? On iPhone SE 2, I don't get to do that. I have to close the app to go back in the menu and it doesn't seem that any swiping or tapping will change that. Please have your devs end that foolishness. Have your QA folks test, and thanks for the app.

    Even when the headphones are connected the app says not connected, takes a while to connect and change the headphone settings.

    I cannot update the firmware it always goes to “Sorry the was a problem “. I have reset the earbuds and still cannot update or use controls in app.

    You’re not using this app unless you’ve already given the company money for a nice pair of headphones and they have the gall to serve you an ad to spend more money before the app loads.
