When using 3G/4G, the video from your DVR will likely be considered "downloads" by your phone service provider and will contribute to any download limit your phone data plan may have.     I’m using this app for the iPhone 15 pro max. I can’t view my camera in landscape mode since I updated to iOS 17. Are you going to put out an update?

    Two days ago the system stop working. We can open cámaras and WiFi/internet remain the same. Don’t see sugestión of upgrading the app. No feed back at all

  • Worst surveillance software ever

    Just a cheap, awful app. Forget about using the alarm motion detector function. Does not work. At all. Forget about jumping ahead or backwards in time. You have to use your finger instead of buttons and it is so touchy you jump a half hour at a time. Just junk.

  • Consistently Crashes

    I’ve had the system installed for about 2 yrs. with little to no issues. Now the app on my iPhone X just crashes and will not even open. App and phone have latest update, I’ve rebooted the phone, still nothing.

    Very frustrated. This used to be a decent product, but app won’t work now. Disappointed that something we made a decent investment in is now obsolete apparently.

  • Apple update 14.2

    Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but Amcrest app won’t open at all now. Please update to fix issue. I tap to open and it immediately closes with no error message. 11/12/20 update. Called customer service to reset password and deleted and redownloaded the app and logged in. It works again! Customer service always helpful.
