Founded by Chef Steve Brown, Swagyu aims to make Wagyu accessible for everyone. We serve two types of burgers. Our Swagyu burger which is a blend of American, Australian, and Japanese A5 Wagyu. The other is an American Wagyu burger. We utilize the highest quality ingredients we can find including new school American cheese, Sadie Rose baking company, and we use local produce whenever available.
