Whenever I order for my family it insists on pushing the scheduled order time back at least 45 minutes because apparently a family of 5 is considered a huge order. But there's no way to just ask for ASAP so every time I order I show up at Chiloso, there is no one there, and they still haven't started my order because it's "for later".

There is no option for requesting double of an item (ex: double or extra chicken) also there is no option for anything on the side (side of sour cream, etc) When ordering from the app, I don’t get what I would request in store. I often opt for chipotle because of the customization features available in their app

Great food.
App needs a comments section for special requests. I want refried and black beans on my burrito but I don’t see that option. I also see no need to drown a tortilla with butter on the griddle while making a burrito but I don’t see a way to add those instructions. Thank you.

Chiloso in Frisco has terrible customer service. They look like they hate there job and we are an inconvenience for them. I ordered and had a 15% discount on my app- welp they won’t accept it unless online order. Won’t be returning.

Basically unable to order because I tap on time and see checkbox but when I get back out of drop down nothing was selected. iPhone 14 pro max on latest IOS as of Jan 30.

The app needs a lot more work to be efficient for the user. I have to restart my order at least once every time. It’s also a bit misleading (and I think that’s intended) because if you press the ‘+’ key next to the menu item you want, it adds it to cart without asking for for the additional salsas and chips, or other modifications. It will get the job done overall but just not very intuitive.
