    All the forums to create an account and enter a credit card are absolutely awful. There is zero attention to auto fill and the page scrolling is unbelievably bad. The developers didn’t lock horizontal scroll, which causes you to jump around everywhere. One of the worst web view implementations I’ve seen in a long time.

    I created an account on Project Juice website and nowhere it said that the same account credentials won’t work on their own mobile app. That’s so outdated and it caused so much frustration, as there was no information regarding this anywhere on their website or the app! Further, the app accepts orders but their customer support says that there is no guarantee that there will be adequate stock, even if the order goes through! The website and the app are pretty much useless!

  • No way to use rewards - useless app

    There is NO way to apply rewards to mobile orders, rendering the whole rewards program and ultimately purpose of this app upon checkout. I’ve also tried using the rewards live in person at the store - no one there has a clue how to apply them. Ordering ahead is ‘semi useful’ but ultimately not worth having an entire app just for that as it’s often sitting there melting by the time I come to pick up anyway. Just easier since the items are made quickly to buy in person and remove this whole clunky app from my phone. Hopefully a future update will render it more useful. App is this being deleted for now.

  • Payment issue

    The App was amazing at first but now will not accept any of my payments. Wish they would fix that bug as now the rewards are useless.
