    I feel like I am ordering really something weird, is asking for address phone number email account , exaggerated, why not implement Apple Pay? Make it so hard to place an order , terrible app

    I have crated an account before in the past with two different emails. WHY? Because the app always just gives you such a hard time to reset the password. Log in and it is such a pain adding the credit card option to pay. I was trying to preorder my boba before arriving to the store because I wanted to just run and go and it was so annoying. I went to the store and ordered there I had to wait basically I was trying to avoid this mess. APP is not useful very disappointed I will be uninstalling the app and just ordering at my local store.

    What’s the point of putting in a mobile order if you come in at the scheduled time and are told to wait another 8 mins? Could have just come in and ordered right off the bat. The app is pretty much redundant.

    I love Boba Time, this app makes everything so convenient. It gets pretty busy in store sometimes and the app is just a breeze and you get rewards which is a plus.
