    I kind of don’t get all the negative reviews. Most are a year or more old, so maybe it didn’t used to work. But it works great if you read the manual and follow the instructions. My guess is most people aren’t doing that and are leaving bad reviews. There are two things that I don’t like about this. But only one has me knocking off a star. And that is I have to pair my phone to my bed every time I try to use it. I go into the app, click a button, and it says I have to pair again. It’s not a huge problem because I click on my bed and it works just great again. No turning off and on or unplugging. Just click the bed and it works. My guess as to why it does this is because I have a split king and it’s giving me the option of which side to control. This is actually a really nice feature, if true, but it’s executed poorly by the developer. You have to know which serial number is your side and click that one. The other thing that I don’t like, but don’t remove a star for is that there’s no native iPad or Apple Watch support. Having Apple Watch support would be a total game changer. I wouldn’t have to fumble around in the dark looking for my phone or the bed remote. I’m always wearing my watch, so all I’d have to do is raise my wrist and click a button. That’d be amazing! So, please! Add Apple Watch support! It’d make things 1,000,000% better! In 2023, there really isn’t an excuse not to have this for your high-end bed frames! Other than that and the apparent bug with pairing, this app is great.

    So originally I could not connect at all, like most people. My manual had zero info about an app or Bluetooth etc, so it was no help, and then I read reviews here and one guy explained that you need to unplug and then plug back in for the frame to go into pairing mode. Pairing only lasts for a minute or so, and this is when you need to connect. That works and the controls work very nice, buuuuutttt, you can only connect one phone, so your spouse is apparently out of luck. Hope that helps people. Also, not sure if you have to do this anytime the power has gone out, that’s a battle for another day. But clearly mattress firm needs to actually look at these reviews and make a few changes and or instructions for people.

    I read the directions that came with my frame and this app works just fine. If your phone doesn’t recognize the bed it’s not in pairing mode. My instructions showed to unplug the bed and replug it back in. When the lights green after like 20 seconds or something like that it’s in pairing mode and it only stays there for a minute. I had the app open and as I plugged in the bed I waited about 5 seconds and just hit the button and it found it to pair. Works like a charm. The box needs to show the correct words on it also.

    Just received bed today (CA) and app does not pair and looks like it’s an on going issue with multiple people. Disappointing.

    I have 2 iPhones, one that has had the app for sometime and it works and a new phone that when I downloaded the mattress firm 900 app it is a different version of the app and it does not work!! This is unexcitable after spending thousands of dollars on the best bed frame on the market… please fix this ASAP!!

    You spend 10k on a bed that works with an app and then poof…the app is gone. The new app doesn’t work on my bed…doesn’t find the Bluetooth connection. For those that do not have a remote because they have an app…this turns the adjustable bed into a flat bed. Fix it please.
