Unplug and plug in and immediately try to connect it. I had tried everything and figured this was my last resort. It worked, I now use my phone because children steal my remote. 4 stars cause I’d like more control of the massager on the app more than just off and on.
App does not work. Period.

Love being able to control from my phone. Would give 5 starts but my only recommendation is to be able to change the massage timeframe and know what massage setting it is on from the app as it has that feature on the remote a well so it doesn’t turn off as quickly and have to start it over manually.
Still doesn’t work 3 years later
