    I mistakenly authorized a 30 day trial (with a 02/29/2024 expiration) of your NETGEAR bitdefender Insight Premium Trial Subscription. My NETGEAR MR60 serial # 63A60A7E71 NIGHTHAWK unit is now on PAUSE, because I made a wrong button choice. This happened because I couldn’t locate an alleged “End Technical Support Access” button presumed to be at “the top screen.” Please call me at (651) 269-9383 I need assistance. Thank you!     I have the Nighthawk app which includes the Bitdefender Amor protection. After downloading the Amor App, I can not find where or how to download the Amor protection onto my phone.

    I have spent four hour on the phone with tech folks and they still can not get either to work. I am about to discontinue these services if they don’t fix them. 100% frustrated especial after paying 184 dollars for tech support. I will give it one more time then I will ask for a refund. Nothing should be this complex to use. Meanwhile all devices are unprotected. Don
