They say they fixed bugs but really what they did was include ads now for 5 seconds when you open the app. What a terrible decision. When people need to look at cameras, it is usually for a reason. Now you need to watch 5 seconds of ads. Get rid of the ads!!!!!!!!

The app always has issues and does not work. Whether on cellular or wifi, with or without vpn, it gives errors failing to load video! 2% of time it may work

It will not open on my iPhone 12 with iOS 14.4

Device won’t connect to the phone app all of a sudden and everything is connected , so frustrating

The new update wiped out all my cameras serial #’s etc.... what a pain because I have over 16 cams. Was happy till now

Hi, I’m using this app for around 1 year. My question is, Can I download this app on my smart tv and view my camera on tv? My cameras are setup somewhere elce, and I need them to be alive where I am? Can you please help me with this??? Beside everything it’s a good app. Thanks

App works then says Device Not Online then works again back and forth daily; app will work or not work at random for years. I paid the security company to fix it about 6 times and each time they show up it happens to be the day it is working. The most unreliable app I ever used. When it does work, I can not view live feed or recorded videos 99% of the time, in the last 3 years it has worked on maybe 3 times and never since. App is horrible

I just started using the app for the past two weeks. I was really excited to be able to see my home security surveillance cams wherever I was. I think it's a great idea except for the fact that every time I want to connect to my cameras I can't. It doesn't really load that good, very seldom does it load at all. I spend more time rebooting my phone and trying to figure out how to connect through this app to view my cameras but very seldom works. I've tried on cell network and my own Wi-Fi 4 feet away from the system and it still doesn't load. Right now it's one star unless the app team can make this work somehow. You know what would be awesome if this app had some programmers who could fix these issues. If my security cameras would use another app I’d be gone

My IPhone 11 can’t connect to my devices, since the software is not update, please update the software for the iOS too
