    The app is very slow and won’t let me make changes all of a sudden. And it’s not the WiFi network.

    I got the feeder for a Christmas gift and so far it is fantastic as far as the camera goes. My one disappointment is that the camera doesn’t identify birds on the app as was advertised. This is one reason I got this and I’m extremely disappointed that this feature does not work. Hopefully you can provide some guidance or fix the issue. Thanks…

    I can’t download the app to my Apple iPhone it is junk, the instruction sheet says hold down the power button, even shows it on the quick guide, there is no power button on the camera model x87

    …when moving the cam manually, on “Rocker”, whether it’s up, down, left, or right, it won’t move in the same direction twice if you stop and start again, only when you tap and hold any of the other 3 directions and go back to the first one will it move. Must be a software issue. Devs? Please fix it! Other than that, it’s great. Not sure why so many are having the problems they’ve listed here. I haven’t experienced any of them.
