    I have been using the S&S app for years! The workouts are highly Effective and use refined techniques to shape muscles in a way that look strong and feminine. The recipes are also delicious and so good for you! I use them weekly as well as to impress when hosting! And most importantly, Erin is a gem! So inspiring, motivating, and fun to work out with.     Erin’s workouts are insanely good! Her workouts are by far the best I’ve ever taken. She works muscles I didn’t know I had. I’ve taken her IRL classes and crave more. She is always adding more workouts to the app. Her recipes are so delicious! You can tell she has put a lot of attention to the tastes in her recipes. I love being able to get all of this on demand!
