TikTok algorithm introduced Amanda in my feed. Noticed a difference from other TikTok Pilates instructors because Amanda wasn’t intimidating. She verbalized and demonstrated Pilates technique in a manner that was understandable and encouraging yet effective and holistic . Admittedly, I am brand new to Pilates, but with this app and Amanda‘s instruction I see myself hooked long term. (IMO, so many of those other Pilates instructors that you see on TikTok are doing it for their ego-such a turn off for those of us trying to get fit)

App profile needs updating. In App Store, it says nothing about in app purchases, but the program does have subscription costs. $39 / month or $375 / year

Why is this app not #1?? I have tried several online platforms and Amanda is the ONLY one I have stayed with. Her cues have given me another level of mind/body connection I never knew I had. Her sense of humor and realness is so needed and I can’t wait for the next class!
  • The best at home workouts!

I am a long time endurance athlete. I’ve tried many different methods, home programs etc. Amanda is hands down the best! Her cueing, form tips and reminders are great. Easy to understand and follow. As a first time Pilates student, I’m hooked! I started about ten months ago and I can’t tell you how much stronger and fitter I feel. I’m 61 and training for life is my goal. Amanda and her App make it fun, and easy to follow. Try it! I’m sure you’ll enjoy the work!
  • Will become your staple workout!

I’ve been doing pilates for 18 years..started on a reformer and then moved to mat with Amanda at Equinox and stayed with her online through Covid. I never returned to a gym! I tried several. The instruction did not compare! This library of hundreds of classes of varying lengths and props just keeps growing. Amanda’s attention to form is exacting. She is excellent at getting you to visualize exactly how to position and move or not move your body. Because of Amanda my core stability remains undiminished as I age-and I’ve never lost a plank holding contest. I’ve done Amanda’s classes now from all over the world, these classes travel well. Subscribe to this app and stick with it. Your future self with thank you!

I started with this app almost 9 months ago, and fell in love with pilates. Amanda is an absolutely fantastic instructor — her pacing, instructions, technique are all great for whatever level you’re on! Even after taking a break for my breast reduction recovery, I still fell right back in love with her and her app!
  • Incredible value, incredible instruction

First off, $40 a month (which is a drop in class in most markets) for the sheer amount of classes you gain access too is unparalleled. Worth the investment in yourself (investment of, ok I won’t order take out one night and there’s my Pilates). I used to HATE at home pilates. Hate. My back hated mat work. And then came Amanda. But mostly, Amanda. Oh Amanda. She has built a platform that is accessible both price wise and lifestyle wise- her series of 30 minute and shorter classes is so attainable and perfect for the busy working person. Her class planning creates a wonderful full body workout, with 3 different styles all centered in Pilates technique. Her cueing is some of the most tailored and nuanced I’ve experienced across any fitness style, and she’s absolutely tailored her approach to her clients being at home and on a computer- and it’s better than most in studio cueing I’ve experienced. The mind body breath connection is so important to her, and is at the center of her approach- and why her classes will get you results, whatever they may be. Take the plunge. It’s so worth it.
  • This fitness snob is so pleased.

I’m a longtime strength coach, and I have gone to various classical and contemporary Pilates studios across the country for almost two decades. Amanda’s cueing and programming is absolutely top-notch, and that kind of quality is crucial to get results and keep from getting injured. I learn something new from her classes all the time. On top of that, she manages to make reformer-style Pilates exercises accessible with little to no equipment. The equipment she suggests can be found very inexpensively and takes up very little room. The app is great because you can filter by the equipment used, the amount of time you have, difficulty level, and anatomical focus. There are even prenatal and postpartum friendly classes. Pilates is not generally considered the most accessible or affordable fitness discipline (due to the high cost of reformer equipment and instructor education). And that’s such a shame because everyone can benefit from it. But Amanda manages the rare feat of a high-quality class accessible at a great value.
