Definitely my go-to Bible study app - for YEARS! Sooooo thankful for everything included for free, as well as the available resources to buy. We'll worry investing into this program (and app) for the sake of the kingdom! Again, thank you...

This Bible study app is the best there is! From the layout to the plethora of free resources (more than enough to do serious Bible studying). This is hands down the best (and I’ve tried Logos, Accordance, Olive Tree, Tecarta Bible, Blue Letter Bible, and others). The benefits of E-Sword are too many to count. The ONLY downside to this program is that it doesn’t include a Hebrew Interlinear Bible that parses the Hebrew / Aramaic words in the Old Testament. I would have liked a resource to see the tense, mode, gender, number, etc.. of the words. This program has the Greek interlinear for the New Testament. Please Devs, read this and get the resource added! Thanks! Review Edit: There is now a resource that parses the Hebrew words! It is through BibleSupport.com. This is a website with all kinds of free resources. The resource is called “ETCBC” and will show up on the app once downloaded as a commentary. This was literally the only complaint I had. Thank You E-Sword for being the best in Bible study!

I use the NIV for my study of the Bible, I really enjoy using that version of the Bible. E-Sword charges 25$ to download the NIV to their app. I have found that you can download the holy Bible app and get the NIV Bible for free. They also have the new King James Bible for free, which e-Sword also charges 15$ for. So I will be using the holy Bible app and e-Sword sparingly.

I just purchased this app. I will be deleting it. I guess I just gave my money to them for nothing. The reviews were great. Talked about all the FREE resources. However if you want different translations you have to pay. For example NLT is $14.99 NASB IS $20.00. You also have to pay for Amplified. Just saying it may be great in other ways but if you want to use a different translation you will have to purchase it.

This is everything I need to study with. Love the way you can lookup a location on the maps and the way it shows where ancient cities were on the map.

Love the app but you can’t get support. I purchased the NKJV version some time ago and when I updated the app about three weeks to a month ago I lost that version that I paid for. The only way to contact support is through the website. I have used the support portal three or four times now but can’t get any help. Guess I threw my money away.
