    You require an inordinate amount of updates for your mobile app. Please consider making most updates optional. This app is a drag on my storage and having your app on my phone is often too much maintenance for the necessity of having access to my banking info. Sheesh!

    App works great. Fully fun tunable. But no where in the chase system can I search my transactions by vendor. Amour? Sure. Transaction type? Yup! Date range? No prob!! But if I’m looking for all my Starbucks transactions I can’t JUST look up Starbucks. Can we get that function please??

    When i recieve a new credit card, which is happened more than 4 times to me now, I have to call in to add it to my account. If I try to add it by myself online to my account, it says Duplicate accounts. I have been on call with them for 46 mins now and they are still struggling!!! Wow.

    The app constantly requires you to go through the full login process with password and TFA despite having FaceID active and working. It seems to have a bug where the app forgets you've already gone through this multiple times. Very annoying.
