ATTENTION: Only for use in participating laundry locations. H Wash Mobile is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer. Simply use H Wash Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history. • Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process) • Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine • Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry. For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

    I love how easy this app is to use. And I love how you get notifications letting you teach your loads. The only downside is I wish you could personalize the settings for the machines connected to it.

    It has a countdown on the app on which machine you are using. Just wish it had a notification option for when the machine is finished. Outside of that, simple and easy to use.

    Overall very satisfied with app. Wish that they had 1 feature to check if machines are in use. Otherwise I don’t have any issues with the app

    I have never left a review for an app, but I’ve had such a horrible experience I can’t help it. Firstly, the machines associated with this software all always out of order, there are always at least two machines that I cannot connect to via Bluetooth. This has put me in the worst situations!!!!!

    Works just as a washer and dryer, meaning my cloths come out nice. I don’t love paying 2 each load but besides that there’s no issues

    2 dollars to wash half a load of laundry and 2 dollars to dry. Machines are too small to fit a normal load. Half the time when you are drying your clothes they come out damp, even if you load it small. Now that 2 dollars to dry, turns into 4 dollars. The box machines in the left corner. Only 1 out of 4 works. There have been multiple times when I take my clothes out of the drier and they smell like urine. Also people leave there stuff in there half the time so you need to remove other peoples stuff in order to dry your clothes. If the service and quality is going to be this bad, at least drop the price for us.. come on guys. I’ve been looking into buying my own washer/dryer setup so I don’t have to deal with this.

    The pop up to add time to a dryer load is annoying and can be done more efficiently by giving you the option in the first place without multiple pop-ups.
