Description

ATTENTION: Only for use in participating Aaxon Laundry locations. AaxonPay is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer. Simply use AaxonPay to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history. • Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process) • Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine • Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry. For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

    Aaxon will not issue refunds for any unused or remaining balance if you, for example, move out or no longer needs to refill your account. I recently moved out of a complex that uses Aaxon, and I submitted a request for a refund. This was back on March 30th when I moved out of the complex. I was just following up with them today (4/22) because the refund has not been processed. I just got off the phone with their customer service department, and I was told that they don’t process any refunds because the property management company (meaning where I used to live) was paid already huh????). So I was told to call the property management office, where I used to live, and they’re putting me through a hurdle already. They want an email explaining all the details, which I just sent. I was told that “they’ll see” the email and get back to me (🤞🏼). All this for a refund.

    Always kicks logs you out of the app. Never saves your login. Never sends you email to Rene password. Ineffective, inefficient function less.

    The convenience is worth any hassles I’ve had. The machine for awhile had the gentle and normal cycles reversed. It ruined a rug and my favorite pants by being washed in a hot normal cycle. I tried several times to get a refund without success. Yet I love the app. The only thing I would caution is the question after you start when ask to extend for additional charge. You might hit ok by mistake. Takes another second to realize the options.
