    This app is not available on the Apple Watch and therefore is not able to link to provide RT info on ongoing workouts. I think it’s important that this issue is addressed. Thanks

    I used the free version for a month and decided I liked it enough to pay for the premium subscription. I’ve been using and loving it, then after a few weeks I’m on the free version again and half of my saved workouts were deleted! I spent so much time building these workouts, this is so frustrating.

    In general, the app is good, but need a lot of improvement, one of the things supposed to be showing my next day work out plan but it keep the exercises been done and no indicator that work out being done as well. No application for Apple Watch. It’s need improvement as well with the timer notification as well to add focus muscles that is missing as well. Comparing with other application this application but not that great.

    This app is perfect for anyone who wants to creat their own custom workout plan, as it contains the vast majority of exercises in their database (including a the muscles it hits, a tutorial, and execution tips) as well as an option that allows you to put the weight you will be using during each set, and a live rest timer that can be customized by the exercise. Overall, the closest app to what I needed. Wouldn’t recommend for those with little to no experience or research into lifting and who don’t know exactly what they want. Would also like more specific descriptions of which muscle the exercise is hitting (ex: just shoulders vs anterior delts). Also, a dark mode would be nice. In general, very few complaints and an extremely underrated app.

    La app me encanta ya que es como tener un entrenador y puedo eligir los musculos que quiero entrenar y eliguir el peso y las reps pero, algo a mejorar podria ser su interfaz es muy buena la recomiendo para principiantes y tambien avanzados

    Pagas la versión premuim y antes del mes ya no quiere dejar que la utilices (sí se cobro) y me aparece que mi próximo fecha de pago es el año que viene, es decir está vigente el pago que hice. Entonces esto es una estafa que te promete que tú puedes editar a tu antoja la rutina, en mi caso lo hago si el ejercicio que me pone la máquina está ocupada o fuera de servicio en el gym y al principio me dejo, hoy dos semanas después de la compra ya no me deja utilizar algunos ejercicios porque tengo que ser premium (cosa que ya soy)
