    This is a great app. You should download it now! This helped me lose over 11 pounds. It has great stretches and workouts. I know it has a lot of stretches and workouts but that helps you get stronger. I am almost at the advance level now because I do it every single day at 7:30 AM on the dot it is good for me and everybody else who will futurely do it. Even though I did it five stars there are some ups and downs. When I accidentally the water reminder I decided not to set an alarm and when I tried to make it go away it didn’t let me. So now I hear a water sound every single minute and it is annoying why is I still recommend this app? It is great for people who want to learn how to do different things. I am doing it for stretches in the workouts and also the splits. I am working towards new things that I have never even heard of before can help you with a lot of things please download now!!!😍🤩

    Ima a teenager that wants to learn the spilts and when i tried this app I felt amazing! After I got done stretching I was almost to the floor I made soo much progress cuz of this app I never thought I could I touch my toes I love this app!!

    So personally I prefer to make my own stretch plans in this app because they are good for me. I’ve drank more water, and exercised more, also I lost some weight. I love this app.

    so I was always known as the flexible person right? But that wasn’t always true because I know how to do a like handstand and cartwheel and much more but not the splits. So I also Irish dance and my amazing mother of mine said “You need to know how to do your splits so then you can get your leg up to your head.” Well I already know how to do that but anyways I responded by saying: “ oh ok then I will work on that next.” So then my older sister who also dances with me got this app and she was only using it for a day snd said “Oh I haven’t read any reviews I just got it and it’s amazing so far!” so me being me I got it. So how it’s like my 9th day and this app is really good for fun, or you wanna know how to do the splits or just flexibility. I love it so far and if you are still waiting, GO GET IT NOWWWW🙎🏼‍♀️🤭🥺🤪🤪🐺🐺 plsss! Also it isn’t like a app where you loose your streak if you miss one day, it lets it go! anyways get the apppppppp
