    This app could be great, except for a bunch of minor glitches that just irritate me. First and foremost the computerized trainer, regardless of whether you are training arms or legs (when it comes time to switch) says “time to switch legs”. Also, demonstration videos don’t always match the exercise you are supposed to be doing. One example are the cleans. The demo video shows that the person is using a Dumbbell in each hand doing the maneuver with both hands simultaneously, however halfway through the exercise the computer trainer says “switch legs” again, very annoying. Bottom line is this app is ok as a free app, however, it is not worth paying for.

    Can’t even get and initial set up done properly. Then when exiting out of the app and reopening it is difficult to exit out of the ads.
