    This app increased my flexibility by 1000!!!! I am so thankful I downloaded this app! I am in love with all the stretches and I can now do a split (something that I have always wanted to do!) I love this app and if you are reading reviews you should definitely try this app!!! I’m wowed by all the cool features and stuff!!! GET THIS APP IF YOU WANT TO BE FLEXABLE!!!!

    I have done a few workouts on here in the last few months and I love them there fun and easy to do and coming from an 11 year old I do workouts on this app and they actually help with cheerleading and since I’m about to become a flyer in 3 months I’m so excited and this is gonna help me with getting used to moving around a lot since it’s from 6-8 hours so this is gonna help me so much with that.

    It doesn’t make sense that it’s rated 4+ for ages when the lowest weight is for 80-90. Another thing I would recommend to work on is a reminder keeps popping up that there are no in-app purchases allowed which gets really distracting and annoying. Another thing is I don’t think there are really enough poses/stretches for customizing a plan. One thing great about this app is that it’s is FREE!!! SO many other stretching/exercising apps aren’t which is helpful.

    I tried this for only one day. It is very confusing because it doesn’t tell you what to do or how to do the exercises and it is very very boring and nothing is a true stretch. I’m glad it’s free because it’s not worth paying. It’s more yoga than stretching
