    I have multiple speakers in seven rooms and a full surround setup, and they are all useless now. I can’t believe that something that worked flawlessly now skips and cuts the music and TV. I couldn’t even get the app to respond and stop the music.

    The Sonos app has been terrible and almost unusable. The delay from the app to the speakers is terrible. It takes over 20 seconds for the app to respond to volume change or pressing play/pause. The Apple Music integration is missing a lot of features when searching artists. I would use the speakers without the app if I could, but the music comes in choppy when streaming directly from the Apple Music app.

    Every time this app is updated it seems to perform worse. Audible stalls and times out. Apple Music stalls and doesn’t load images. Music playback in speaker groups is broken. Did you all hire Volkswagen software engineers?

    Used to work perfectly, now I have to reconnect my speakers to my internet at least once a week. Turned my move 2 into a bluetooth only system.

  • The new app is getting progressively worse with every update

    After a combined 12 hours on tech support calls to get my Sonos system up and running after the disastrous roll out of the new app has accomplished nothing but a huge waste of time. Speakers don’t connect. Skip. Don’t play at the same time. Go in and out. You can’t creat or edit play lists. Absolute garbage.

    Will not find existing SONOS on the network. This app does not work iPhone 16. The experience is a frustrating waste of time.

  • Great speakers, no longer reliable or worth buying

    Sonos single handedly ruined a great speaker infrastructure with the updated app. The speakers cut out, rooms simply stop playing, you can’t sign into the app (there’s a doom loop where you sign in but it won’t recognize). Just an altogether horrible user experience. Unfortunate since I had seen the golden days of Sonos and it was great while it lasted.
