    I enjoy using the iOS, iPadOS and Mac app. I wish they provided an Apple Watch app as well.

    Was excited for the new update. Disappointed a simple task like reauthorizing apple music doesn’t work. The app is useless to me. Good job, Sonos!

    This new update has many of my customers upset and lost on how to navigate their app. The previous layout was wonderful and easy to navigate this one is a learning curve none of us expected. The app also keeps defaulting to the first room of the list even after I have gone and selected a different room to control. I know there are more service calls to come from this change.

    When I first bought my Sono beam I was able to connect it with no issues..later we purchased Sono One Sl for surround again no problem to connect. Spectrum had to change my router because they upgraded I was able to reconnect everything but my Sono On SL speakers..contacted support only to be told they’re not compatible..that’s insane! $500 speakers I now I can’t use them..since my router has been replaced the app disconnects grayed out then connects…use caution before purchasing these expensive speakers..I was told they’re working on upgrading so they will be compatible with spectrum internet..the app itself is worthless…

    Haven’t been able to play XM Radio for two months. Finally called support who said they are working on it with XM. Perhaps a heads up would have been order for both your customer base and support call centers sake. App is not great and glitchy. Supposedly there is a new fix to the app 5/7 - hope that resolves the XM piece.
  • Never buying another Sonos product again

    Never finds my 2 roams that are paired. Have factory reset them multiple times. Can’t pair as a group. App never works. Literally cannot guess why this is so highly rated. Probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with an electronic in my life.

    Our Sonos has had so many issues: lost connections, songs skipped, freezes, disconnects, not playing in selected rooms, reboots, playlists not available, whatever you can imagine going wrong has gone wrong. Avoid.
