ATTENTION EVERYONE: Don’t bother taking pics and video of how your shoes, shoe box and packaging were prior to shipping off with the carrier. If alias/Goat’s specialists flags your sale for a damaged box and you show proof it was in good condition before dropping off at the carrier, they are not going to take accountability. Even with their new checklist system for the seller, it’s still faulted. Big time. I’ve been with alias/Goat since they began and they have gone so far downhill within this past year. Their customer service team will copy/paste me responses as if it’s my first time with them. No loyalty on their end. They just want money. They want to be known as the “GOAT” but are far from it. This is so disappointing to witness firsthand. Please take your business to eBay. This company is cooked! Shame.

Easy to use but the fees are ridiculous. There’s a commission fee and a transaction fee. The commission fee drops after a certain amount of “good” transactions. With the amount of people who have used this app. You would think after awhile they would drop the fees a bit and more for the seller but they have not.

This app is a piece of garbage I sold my sneakers in goat and I can’t cash out my money because there’s no way to update my phone number in this app and customer service is useless I sent a lot of emails with my issue and they don’t help at all I do not recommend this app

they deny everything that i send to them sent a pair of authentic new balances and they have problems horrible website

The fact that you’re forced to use alias instesd of goat for sales is a joke. I don’t need two apps, one was fine. Also theres no place on allias to put shoes i own, but dont want to sell. Since my goat and alias accounts are linked it wont even let me add to the “owns” section.

They lie, have terrible service, even worse authenticators, and will without a doubt go bankrupt. I’ve had dozens of issues with these people. They literally have a hidden $8 fee FOR EVERY SINGLE ORDER, have authenticators that have failed shoes for zero reason literally 7 times, sent me used shoes as new and refused to return them and have absolutely ZERO professionalism. Simply copy and paste answers from losers.

I sold 2 hoodies to this platform and they said they are both fakes. I was more than happy to show receipts, but after I asked they sent me an email saying they’re closing the discussion or just avoiding it. They go on to return the hoodies which took weeks to get back to me. To make it even worse, only 1 hoodie arrived out of the 2 and they say the only way to resolve it is with a police report, but who wants to go that out of the way to file a police report?! Do better

Claim real items are fake just a trash company and app to use don’t waste your time or money here

I recently sold a pair of Yeezys on alias shipped it over I even took PICTURES BEFORE I SENT THEM THE PRODUCT the shoes was brand new and everything same with the box. 3 days later they are telling me that my box is “badly damaged” same with my shoes they are telling me I wore them multiple times even though I didn’t even put my foot in them and they do look brand new so I’m confused on why yall first kept my sneaker second don’t wanna give me my money for the shoe that I gave yall in perfect condition
